In the framework of ROSEWOOD4.0 EU Network of Regions On Sustainable WOOD Mobilisation ready for Digitalisation (H2020) project and its networking and clustering activities Competence Centre Ltd. participated on Executive Board Session of Croatian Wood Cluster and CROBIOM. Session was held on 15th of September 2020 in Zagreb.
EU Forestry Strategy and other European policies in the bio-based sector were discussed on the session. Strategy was presented by the president of Croatian Parliament Committee for Agriculture Marijana Petir. Agenda of the session included raw material trends in 2020, impact of COVID-19 pandemic on global and European wood and wood products market, novelties in the education sector and dislocated study.
Representatives of wood processing sector, Croatian Parliament, Croatian Forests, Faculty of Forestry, University of Zagreb and Ministry of Agriculture participated on session.
