In Spačva Basin, Bioecological education Centre „Virovi“ in Otok and online, business idea was selected to be further developed within ROSEWOOD4.0 European Network of Regions On Sustainable WOOD Mobilisation ready for Digitalisation (Horizon 2020) support.
Best practices from other European Hubs, the use of biomass, the management of small forests by PFO’s and the use of wood in construction, were presented during 2nd South – East Europe Hub’s Business Idea Creation Workshop held on 18th of June 2021.
18 international experts selected a business idea for improvement of forestry and wood industry competitiveness – the establishment of biomass trade centre, which will be further developed through within ROSEWOOD4.0 project.
2nd Business Idea Creation Workshop was organised by Competence Centre as South-East Europe Hub Manager, together with Cluster of Bioeconomy and Environment of Western Macedonia from Greece and Slovenian Forestry Institute.
