VINKOVCI, 20.12.2019. – Competence Centre Ltd for research and development organised with Holspico Ltd, the Balanced Scorecard academy. Participants of the academy were introduced into the advanced strategic planning methodology developed by Robert Kaplan (Harvard Business School) and David Norton (Nolan Norton Institute). Besides the employees of the Competence Centre Ltd, the academy was attended by employees of Plinara Istočne Slavonije Ltd, Gradsko gospodarstvo Ltd Vinkovci, Agency for Development and Investment Via Ltd Vinkovci, Tourist Board Vinkovci, Fortuno Ltd, Terracibalae Nova Ltd, Tehnološki park Vinkovci Ltd, Agro-Lab Ltd and representatives of the Croatia Osiguranje Ltd Vinkovci, Same Deutz-Fahr Žetelice Ltd, City of Vinkovci and Vukovar-Srijem County.
The purpose of the academy was to develop a strategic business plan based on the Balanced Scorecard business model and to understand the strategic management process. The Balanced Scorecard represents a balanced view of the entire system in which businesses operate. The practical application of the Balanced Scorecard requires the involvement of a complete organization, not just its management or controlling.
After 100 hours of lectures, all participants were awarded with the certificates of successfully passing the Balanced Scorecard Academy. Competence Centre Ltd for research and development congratulates all students on successful completion of the academy!
