We have published the Industry 4.0 Transformation Model (O3.1) – a practical tool designed for small and medium-sized enterprises in the wood industry to support the planning and implementation of digital and green transitions.
The model was developed within the DRWO4.0 project through the joint work of all project partners, with key contributions from CEKOM, Culmena and CICC. It is specifically designed to address the real challenges and needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Danube region.
By integrating:
- Value Chain Analysis (VCA),
- maturity level assessment,
- and the CULIS methodology (Lean, Digital, Green),
the model supports companies and policymakers in defining and implementing digital and green transition steps in a practical and applicable way.
We are currently in the final stage of preparing the final project output: Guidelines for application, modification and replication of the I4.0 transformation model.
