On 30 of Semptember 2025, at the premises of Bjelin Ogulin Ltd, an initial meeting for the preparation of the transformation model (A3.1) was held within the framework of the Danube Region Wood Industry Transformation Model towards Industry 4.0 - DRWO4.0 co-financed by the Interreg Danube Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Representatives of the project partners, Prof. Nedeljko \u0160tefani\u0107 (Culmena) and Janos Keresnyei (CICC), presented to the participants the methodology for developing the Transformation Model and the Guidelines for its application, based on the preparation of the value chain analysis and the application of the Culis methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the workshop, the production plant manager and member of the Management Board of Bjelin Ogulin d.o.o., Matija Vido\u0161, introduced the company Bjelin and the newly constructed Bjelin Ogulin production facility, and shared first-hand experiences in the transformation toward Industry 4.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This workshop served as an opportunity for DRWO4.0 partners to introduce participants to the methodology for preparing the transformation model and to collect proposals and feedback from stakeholders in order to make the model as practical as possible for implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the workshop, Mr. Vido\u0161 guided the participants on a tour of the entire production facility for the manufacturing of Woodura wooden floors. <\/p>\n\n\n
