The SWIM project has extended the application deadline for its Associated Regions Call, which focuses on the restoration of freshwater ecosystems, strengthening habitat connectivity, and protecting migratory fish species.
Selected regions will have the opportunity to receive financial support of up to €60,000, along with expert technical assistance, access to methodologies and tools developed within the project, and opportunities for knowledge exchange with international experts.
Eligible applicants:
- Local authorities
- Regional authorities
- Individual applicants or consortia
New application deadline:
- The application deadline has been extended to 31 August 2026.
Applications are open to applicants from the following countries:
Armenia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, the Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Korea, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia, and the United Kingdom.
The initiative is implemented within the SWIM project, in which Centar kompetencija d.o.o. participates as a project partner.
