Centar kompetencija, kao partner projekta FOREST4EU, sudjelovao je na 6. Radionici o inovacijama u šumarstvu održanoj 11. i 12. veljače 2025. u Bruxellesu, Belgija.
Ovaj događaj, pod nazivom “Informiraj-Prioritiziraj-Surađuj: Izgradnja održive budućnosti šumarstva kroz regionalnu suradnju i inovacije”, okupio je preko 210 sudionika, 55 govornika i 14 operativnih skupina koje su podijelile najbolje prakse i inovativna rješenja za održivo upravljanje šumama.
The event was organized by the European Forest Institute (EFI), European Regions for Innovation in Agriculture, Food, and Forestry (ERIAFF), the Bioregions Facility, the Confederation of European Forest Owners (CEPF), the European State Forest Association (EUSTAFOR), European Farmers and Agri-Cooperatives (COPA-COGECA), the European Landowners’ Organization (ELO), Euromontana, and the FOREST4EU and OptFor-EU projects.
Over two days of intensive discussions, panel sessions, and workshops, participants explored innovative solutions for sustainable forest management, focusing on key topics such as forest monitoring and restoration, non-wood forest products, and agroforestry innovations.

Practical and scientific evidence on "Forests of the Future" and the innovation agenda
Roundtable discussions with regional authorities on innovation priorities
Showcasing results and best practices from EIP-AGRI Operational Groups
The Competence Centre actively contributed to the discussions, emphasizing the importance of regional cooperation and innovation for achieving climate-resilient forests.
